By accessing and using AxonHQ's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
AxonHQ provides high-performance game hosting, VPS hosting, and related infrastructure services. We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime, but services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and any content hosted on our servers. You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, distribution of malware, or hosting copyrighted material without permission.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
All services are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay will result in service suspension and eventual termination. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AxonHQ, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
