Core Rules & Regulations
Mutual Respect & Conduct
Treat all members with respect. Strictly no harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks. We maintain a professional, supportive, and inclusive community for gamers, game server admins, and developers across South Asia.
No Spam, Self-Promo or DM Advertising
Keep chats clean. Avoid spamming text, images, emojis, or tagging moderators/roles unnecessarily. Direct message (DM) advertising of other products, Discord servers, or hosting competitors is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate ban.
Hosting & Technical Integrity
AxonHQ stands for performance and excellence. Do not host, discuss, or distribute cracked, null, pirated software, or links to malware. Discussions regarding exploiting, DDOSing, or hacking other networks will not be tolerated.
Keep Content Appropriate
Keep general discussions safe for work (SFW). NSFW content, gore, offensive/highly controversial political, or religious topics are banned. Profile pictures, statuses, and usernames must remain appropriate and non-offensive.
Official Support & Ticketing
For official hosting issues, billing questions, or server configuration queries, please open a support ticket on our website portal or via our official #support channel. Staff members will never DM you first asking for passwords or payment details.
Moderation Authority
Moderators have the final say. Do not publicly argue with moderators' decisions. If you feel a decision was unfair, please open a support ticket to appeal in a professional manner. Evading bans using alt accounts will result in IP-level blocks.

Reporting Violations
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, or if you receive malicious or promotional direct messages (DMs) from community members, please take a screenshot and report it immediately by opening a support ticket.
