We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for all new hosting service subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a support ticket within the specified timeframe. Refunds are not applicable for domain registrations, dedicated servers, or services that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
3. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Account Credits
In some cases, users may opt for account credits instead of a direct refund. Account credits are non-refundable and can only be used for future AxonHQ service purchases.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment processor without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our services.
6. Exceptions
Promotional items, trial periods, and customized enterprise solutions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific service agreement.
